I didn't feel like cooking last night, so Dennis offered to get takeout. We opted for Thai food because we haven't had it in a while, and they have quite a few things on the menu that are okay for me to eat. I got sautéed mixed vegetables and a veggie spring roll. In case you're wondering, spring rolls are usually made with rice flour, which makes them safe for me. This meal was perfect for a lazy evening after work!
