Pizza night again! I want to try experimenting with different gluten-free crusts, but I haven't had much time to look for different recipes and mixes, so I bought Bob's Red Mills' mix again. It's not too bad, so I'll keep buying it until I find something else.
This pizza has eggplant, zucchini, portobello mushrooms and arugula. I used tomato sauce and, of course, Daiya cheese. This was delicious, and I'm already looking forward to the next pizza night!
